      Day 1:

      Your wellness experience begins with a morning yoga flow surrounded by rolling vineyards. Meet your guide, then find your inner zen with renowned local yogi Jen from Roaming Zen. After, wind deeper into the hills to the home of internationally-renowned natural skincare brand Jurlique. The Jurlique organic and biodynamic farm produces the nourishing ingredients used in their sought-after skincare range. See how the plants are grown and learn about the healing properties of many herbs and flowers. Just down the road, lunch is served at organic vineyard Ngeringa. Here, you can sample single-estate biodynamic wine which has been grown, blended and bottle onsite, paired with a nourishing meal featuring the farm’s own produce. Surrounded by so much natural inspiration, it’s little wonder the Adelaide Hills locals are also a creative bunch. After lunch, we tap into your inner artist during a Mandala art class. This meditative and therapeutic practice will help quieten your mind and awaken your senses as you create a beautiful masterpiece under the guidance of local artist Cathy Gray. Your first wellness day culminates in a three-hour Ayurvedic cooking class and dinner. Using wholesome local produce, including spices, seeds, legumes, leaves and roots, learn about the medicinal properties of these ingredients and how mindfully balancing and blending foods can aid digestion and enhance your overall wellbeing. Finally, retreat in luxury to your exclusive country home accommodation at the brand-new Parkwood Retreat.

      Day 2:

      Rise with the sun and roll out your yoga mat on the sprawling lawns of Parkwood Retreat. Your day begins stretching and awakening with an alfresco yoga practice set to the soundtrack of local birdlife. After a nutritious breakfast, your day is dedicated to nature, artisan produce and maybe a glass or two of wine. Life is about balance, after all. Cruising down leafy paths dappled in light on an electric e-bike, we’ll stop at farmgates and cellar doors to taste the region’s premium produce. Strawberry picking at Beerenberg farm and a wine and cheese flight at Shaw + Smith precede a gourmet picnic lunch perched above the vines at The Lane. Bellies full, meander on to the charming German village of Hahndorf and spend the afternoon exploring the eclectic shops and providores which line the picturesque main street. Stock up on local produce and artisan crafts before we make our way back to our accommodation to unwind with a gentle yin yoga flow. Sunset drinks and local produce platters on the deck are the perfect way to send off our final night together.

      Day 3:

      After morning yoga and a wholesome breakfast, soak up your final hours relaxing at Parkwood Retreat. After a lazy few hours, a local produce picnic lunch awaits at the Bridgewater Mill. We’ll then wind down tree-lined country roads to Belair National Park for an immersive forest bathing experience. Surrounded by tranquil bushland, tame your soul and enliven your senses during a guided meditation followed by an afternoon tea of locally-sourced native teas and eco-friendly snacks. This marks the conclusion of your wellness retreat. After, we slowly mosey back into Adelaide with your soul cups overflowing.
