Are trips physically demanding?

All our tours are active adventures. Ideal for those who can walk 5-6km a day over often rocky ground. Some are more demanding than others so please check the booking info.

Am I suited for the tours?

We have tours, activities and packages for both domestic and international travellers in Australia. As long as you have a sense of adventure you will be welcome on tour.

How do I place an Order?

Check on each tour page for live availability. Or complete the enquiry form and we will get back to you with a personalised travel plan.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Should you wish to change the date of your booking a change fee will not apply provided it is changed 60 days or more from departure. Further dates changes will be charged at $50 per change and may be subject to pricing fluctuations depending on your new date of travel. Please contact us - for further information with respect to cancellation queries or for full details please refer to our Terms and Conditions.

Do I need an account to place an order?

When you book on the website you will be given an account. You can log in here to view your tickets.

I’ve paid for my booking. Do I need to do anything?

No, you don’t need to do anything. We'll need to check with our partner company to make sure your selection is still available. We then email you your confirmation and travel tickets.

How do i know if my booking was cancelled or declined?

Because this booking is facilitated by a partner tour company, the tour may be overbooked. If that's the case, the partner notifies us. Next, we email. you to let you know and offer alternatives. If nothing suits we will refund you and cancel your booking.

Why and how long do I need to wait for my booking to be confirmed?

We'll need to check with our partner company to make sure your selection is still available. We do our best to let you know within 24 hours via email. Please check your spam/junk mail folders in case this email is there by mistake.

Can I pay a deposit for my tour?

We do take deposits here at Real Aussie Adventures if you prefer. You are required to pay a non-refundable deposit of 10% per person per trip for your booking to be confirmed. The remaining amount can be paid in instalments. All payments must be made at least 60 days prior to your first travel date commencing. If your booking is made within 60 days of the departure date then the full amount is payable at the time of booking. Please note by paying a deposit today you fix the price for your tour or activity so as long as you don’t make any further changes including change of date and/or accommodation amendments.
