So you have flown into Perth and are about to take a tour on the West Coast?

1- Visit Rottnest Island

The Basin is on our list as one of the top 10 beaches in Australia. This is a stunning day out and only a ferry from the city. Grab a bike and explore the whole island, look out for a friendly Quokka and get involved with the selfie trend!

2. Eat William street, Northbridge

They have amazing Vietnamese food! Australia is well known for its eclectic mix of cuisines. Some countries such as the UK don’t have a huge Vietnamese influence so it’s essential you visit this restaurant and enjoy their culinary delights!

3. Drink on the waterfront at the Lucky Shag.

The home of the barmy army when the cricket is on! Located on the famous Swan river that runs through Perth, there are some fantastic river views to be had while you enjoy a hard earned drink after a long day exploring. 4. Explore Kings Park.

One of the largest city parks in the world this vast expanse of green gives great views of the Swan river and city.

5. Take the train to Fremantle

Spend the day drinking good coffee and then head for well deserved a beer at Little Creatures Brewery. If you visit over the weekend, you get the chance to enjoy the fantastic markets.

6. Take a wine tour to the Swan Valley

The Swan Valley is Western Australia’s oldest wine region. Taste the amazing Swan Valley Verdelo’s this region has to offer and eat lots of yummy cheese! Just 20 minutes from Perth a great place to head for the day.

7. Have a coffee

If you spend anytime in Australia you will realise they take one thing very seriously, they are both connoisseurs and addicts of the black stuff. So this list wouldn’t be complete without our favourite cup of coffee in Perth. Head to Little Willies on William Street Northbridge, arguably the best cup in town. Grab a take out and wander the vintage shops up and down this part of town. Perfect for a relaxing Sunday afternoon!
