  • This package is a combination of independent travel and scheduled group tour departures. It is best suited to travellers who love nature, hiking, and spending time outdoors, to get the most out of the experience, please consider the following:
  • Fitness requirements: A moderate level of fitness. Some hikes will be between 3 and 12 km and are often on uneven ground and in hot or wet conditions.
  • Mobility considerations: While there is no upper age limit, all travellers should self-assess their mobility and comfort with activities such as hiking, swimming, and swag camping.
  •  Medical conditions: If your client has any mobility concerns or pre-existing health conditions, please also inform us at the time of booking.
  • Some included tours require a Fit for Travel declaration to be signed at least 24 hours before departure.
  • Special dietary requirements must be advised at the time of booking.
  • Travellers will be provided with vouchers and information for each component of the package, providing pick up times and other details for the accommodation and tour/activity providers.
  • Different specialist guides will be used throughout this package, ensuring the greatest knowledge in each area.
  • Luggage should be kept to a maximum of 15kg. A soft bag or backpack is recommended with an additional small day pack.
  • The camping tours in this package are participatory. Guests will help with basic tasks such as meal preparation, dish-washing and other tasks which may include collecting firewood and packing up camp.
  • A minimum number of 6 passengers is required to operate the included tours. It may therefore be necessary to cancel a scheduled departure and to offer an alternative or full refund for that tour if minimum numbers are not met. Real Aussie Adventures will always strive to find the best suitable alternative for your client on the rare occasion a cancellation occurs.
  • During the shoulder season in Kakadu some waterfall areas may not be accessible and during this time we may need to substitute some locations with others.
  • This itinerary is subject to change due to seasonal, cultural and weather conditions. If an attraction cannot be visited due to closure your guide will arrange for another attraction to take its place.
