    Arrival day in Perth – clients to make own way to hotel.

    The accommodation will be in a Standard King Room.  Each room features a DreamWeave Sleep System King bed, 48″ full HD LED television, high speed Wi-Fi, personal espresso machine, microwave and a stunning bathroom with dual shower heads and stocked with revitalizing bath amenities.

    Breakfast has been included for you at the hotel for Sunday morning.  **Please note Silvia a breakfast pack can be organised for early departures.  The restaurant at the hotel opens at 6:30am, I am just waiting to hear what the tour pick-up time is for the tour start on day 2 to determine if they will have time to eat in house or if we will arrange a breakfast pack.  The itinerary will be updated accordingly**

    Conveniently located between Subiaco and the CBD,  with heritage façade and modern interiors, Sage Hotel offers boutique accommodation in West Perth. Take a walk through the Kings Park Botanic Gardens or visit nearby attractions including Scitech & Planetarium, Regal Theatre, WA Art Gallery and WA Zoo.

    DAY 2 – SUNDAY

    This morning you will be departing for a 3 day / 2 night tour of the Margaret River region.

    After an early pick-up from the hotel, heading south, your guide will provide you with interesting commentary about the regions you are passing through.

    Following a scenic drive through the coastal city of Mandurah, the group stops for a coffee break

    at one of the cafes on the foreshore (Morning tea at own expense).

    You will have entry included for the Bunbury Featured Wood Gallery & Museum which showcases a wide variety of craft and furniture pieces made on the premises or by local artisans. There is also a range of artwork in different mediums by artists from the region.

    After lunch in Busselton (included), take a leisurely stroll on the famous Busselton Jetty.

    The rest of the afternoon will be spent exploring the township of Margaret River and taking in stunning coastal scenery - see the action at Surfers Point where the world’s best Surfers come to compete and see where the Margaret River meets the Indian ocean.

    During the months of August – October, do a Wildflower walk through the vibrant colours’ nature puts on display

    Your accommodation for the next 2 nights will be at either Margarets Beach Resort or Margarets Forest (based on 2 people sharing a studio apartment – bedding configuration is a double bed, but twins are available on request).

    **Please advise in advance if there are any mobility issues.  Many of the apartments are upstairs and both the upstairs & downstairs downstair apartments have a combined shower/bath, which may then be difficult.  We will need to  need to know in advance if guests require a downstairs apartment with a walk in shower or even a disabled room.

    Evening Meal at own expense. 

    DAY 3 – MONDAY

     You will be collected at 8.15am for breakfast at the White Elephant, a beachside café.

    Following breakfast, you will be picked up for have a full day on the “Eat +Drink + Explore Full Day

    Wine Tour”, where you will get to experience everything Margaret River has to offer.

    Personalised wine tastings at three exceptional Margaret River wineries with local cheeses and wine pairing at one of the wineries.

    Learn how to make the perfect cup of coffee from an expert, while indulging in delicious tastings during a visit to Yahava Koffee Works.

    Sample local produce at Olio Bello with their award-winning extra virgin olive oil, and let’s not forget everyone’s favourite, the Margaret River Chocolate Company.

    Also included is lunch at one of the local boutique Breweries with a complimentary glass of beer, wine, or bubbles.

    You will be dropped back off at your accommodation approx. 5pm


    Evening meal at own expense.


    Be packed and ready for pickup by 7.20am for breakfast, before setting off to explore the regions stunning scenery, fantastic natural settings, and cultural attractions.

    After breakfast at the White Elephant café Prevelly, discover the fascinating wartime connection with Crete and Prevelly’s charming Greek memorial chapel.

    Breathe in the sea air at the wild Redgate Beach and listen to stories of shipwrecks.

    You will do a tour of Mammoth Cave, a magical time capsule that is home to ancient fossil remains, and majestic chambers.

    After a scenic drive through the majestic Boranup Forest, you will visit Boranup Gallery to see the beautiful and creative wood designs and furniture. Tea or coffee can be purchased from the Boranup Gallery Cafe.

    Pass through Augusta with views of the Blackwood River before arriving at Cape Leeuwin Lighthouse. This is where the Southern Ocean meets the Indian Ocean. Walk the grounds and take a guided tour of the Leeuwin Lighthouse, the tallest lighthouse on mainland Australia.

    After lunch at Deckchair Cafe in Augusta (with tea or coffee), we have a relaxing, scenic drive back into the City.

    Arrival back into Perth will be approx. 6.00pm and you will be dropped off at your hotel.

    Please note breakfast has been included for you at the hotel for Wednesday morning 


    Today you will embark on a 2 night Glamping experience at Discovery - Rottnest Island that includes return ferry transfers, 2 nights in a superior tent plus breakfast (at Pinky’s Beach Club).

    Nestled behind the dunes of the iconic Pinky Beach, your glamping experience will be in an eco-resort on a relaxed coastal location, the first low impact glamping experience on Rottnest Island.

    Explore boardwalks through the sand dunes to Pinky’s Beach Club and laze by the resort pool.

    The Resort features a BBQ, Restaurant and Bar, Beach access and a swimming Pool

    Superior tent features: King Bed (can be replaced with two single beds if advised at time of booking) 4.2m x 4.2m – 60sqm under roof, ensuite Bathroom, kitchenette, private deck

    This morning you will need to make your own way from the hotel to the Ferry terminal in Fremantle -  B Shed Victoria Quay, Fremantle.  This is approximately a 35 minute drive from the hotel – please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ferry departure to allow time for check-in.

    You will be given four different ferry departure times to select from at time of booking – 0700, 0900, 1100 & 1500 and return times from Rottnest back to mainland – 0800, 1000, 1400 1600.

    Check-in for the property is 2pm and check-out is 10am, so please bear these timings in mind when booking the ferry.

    There is no need to take your own baggage between the ferry and resort.  Upon boarding the ferry, your luggage will be tagged and delivered to your accommodation at Discovery – Rottnest Island. 

    Discovery – Rottnest Island is an easy and scenic 1km walk from the ferry pier through the main Rottnest Island township.  As the island is predominantly free of cars, they do not provide transfers and most guests enjoy exploring the island as they make their way to their accommodation on foot.  **Please advise if you have mobility constraints and arrangements can be put in place.


    Discovery – Rottnest Island


     Today is your free day to explore Rottnest Island.

    You could just relax by the pool or walk the beach from the Resort, or if you feel like being a little more active, an easy walk from the Resort is Rottnest Island Pedal & Flipper in the township.

    Here you can hire bikes to ride around the island to explore, and why not add a snorkel set so that you can stop at some of the secluded beaches and bays to discover the underwater world in the shallow waters.

    Alternatively, there is an Island Explorer Hop On / Hop Off Bus to enjoy the Island at your own pace on this scenic bus tour.


    Discovery – Rottnest Island

    DAY 7 - FRIDAY

    Check out is by 10am.  Your luggage will be transferred back to the ferry from the Resort. Please make sure you have allowed time to get to the ferry terminal approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled ferry departure time to allow for check-in.

    Upon arrival back to mainland, this is the end of your experience as arranged by us.

    From here you can either make your own arrangements to head to the airport for departure from Perth, or if extending your time in Perth, on to your overnight accommodation.
