Day 1 : Great Ocean Road
Begin our journey Melbourne to Adelaide Tour along the beautiful Great Ocean Road, enjoying the stunning scenery of the famous coastline. Stop along the way for some wildlife spotting and to listen to the abundant birdlife before we break for lunch in Apollo bay. Make a stop to admire the amazing Twelve Apostles, before travelling onto Loch Ard Gorge, where you will learn all about the history of this shipwreck spot before passing through the township of Port Campbell and making our way to the Grampians. Overnight in the Grampians. Driving distance 520km.
Day 2: Grampians to Adelaide
On the second day wake up to amazing views and kangaroos of the Grampians National Park, an area rich in Aboriginal culture and set in a beautiful and rugged landscape. The Grampians bushland is surrounded by an abundance of Australian flora and fauna and the hiking trails and waterfalls will surely leave a lasting impression! After an incredible 2 days exploring the coastline and mountain ranges, we make our way through to Adelaide, arriving around 7:30pm. (B) Driving distance 510km. Walking distance 2km.
**During low season connection to Adelaide is via Coach from Horsham. You will arrive in Adelaide at approx. 7:30pm. Drop off point is Adelaide Central Bus Station – 85 Franklin St, Adelaide.
