All about the 1 Day Blue Mountains Tour

Take a day tour from Sydney to see the beautiful World Heritage listed Blue Mountains. First up is a little visit to Featherdale wildlife park to have your photo with a Koala and hand feed the Kangaroos. Then enjoy a hike to see the Three Sisters Rock formation and see why the Blue mountains got it's name.

There are different walks to do for different levels of fitness. Its encouraged that you do the hour long hike, so a good level of fitness is required. But there are other options if you are with a friend or parent who doesn’t have a good level of fitness.

Lunch is freshly prepared in Katoomba and is delicious. There is a choice of chicken, ham, beef roll and you even get a sweet treat.

The Blue Mountains tour is our most popular day tour in Australia.

  1. Day 1 Blue Mountains
    Featherdale Wildlife Park
Get close and personal with some unique Australian animals and birds at one of Australia’s best wildlife parks. You can snuggle up to a koala, feed a kangaroo, laugh with a kookaburra, see a wombat, a Tasmanian devil and a 4 metre crocodile!

    Wentworth Falls
Our eco accredited guide will take you on an amazing bushwalk through the national park. Stone hop across a stream, follow the edge of the cliff, see awesome views, take great photos from lookouts and sandstone caves and see a stunning waterfall.

    BBQ Lunch
After a big bushwalk we have a simple, relaxing lunch. If it's wet or cold, not to worry, we have Plan B to keep you warm and dry!

NOTE: Please bring your own water bottle to help keep our planet green and free of empty plastic bottles.

    The Three Sisters
The famous Three Sisters rock formation is one of the most iconic images in Australia. The views overlooking the Jamison Valley are incredible and as well as getting that classic photo, you’ll hear the stories of the local Aboriginal legends.

Scenic Railway (optional and at own expense)
Join our eco-accredited guide and descend via a rainforest / cliff walk into the national park. Walk back up again or hold on tight as you ride on the world’s steepest railway back up. Or you can just chill out admiring the view and have a coffee or ice-cream.

    Return to Sydney at 6pm.
